430834f34b pieeprom-2025-09-23: 2711: Fix network install regression on Pi4 (latest) 
* Fix network install regression on Pi4
  Fix an issue with the ECDSA signature code which caused network
  install to fail to load on Pi4.
* Fix TFTP to allow larger files
  Allow TFTP block counter to rollover to 0.
